As a Smoke Alarm Auto-Renew client you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions

  1. Courtesy reminders will be issued circa the 20th of each month the following calendar month
  2. In accordance with your instructions to Auto Renew, we will attend to these properties in the next month
  3. Any lost management or service cancellations will be processed in ACSP by the client before the end of month in which the courtesy reminders are sent
  4. You will use best endeavors keep tenant details up to date in ACSP
  5. You will notify us promptly of any change of tenancies and subsequent tenant details
  6. You will accept and settle any invoices for any assessments undertaken where you have not advised us of a lost management or service cancellations by end of month in which the courtesy reminders are sent
