Introducing Luna 2.0

We’re excited to introduce Luna 2.0, our powerful new AI model designed to streamline how property managers and suppliers like All Clear connect. As more of our clients transition to great platforms like TAPI, the lack of direct supplier integration has created frustrating and time consuming administrative challenges. That’s why we built Luna 2.0, a smarter way to work.

Luna1.0 was launched in late 2023 as a game changing AI Model built in-house and reads most of our inbound work orders and helps triage high volume communications in real time.

Luna 2.0 is now live, and is already transforming the way we manage jobs. Built to act like a member of our own Client Services Team, Luna 2.0 integrates directly with TAPI, managing the full workflow in real time. From accepting jobs and updating scheduling to handling two way communication and tracking job status, Luna takes care of it all behind the scenes  quickly, accurately, and without any manual input from your team.

While Luna currently supports TAPI, this is just the beginning. Future phases will unlock broader compatibility and even more functionality. Our goal is simple: to reduce admin, improve communication, and deliver a seamless experience for everyone involved.
