Co-Founder & Director

Matt’s focus in the business, as a Director and Co-Founder is centred around both Finances and Operations. Customer and supplier relationships dominate Matt’s “in the business” time when he’s not jointing working “on the business” with his Co-Founder Adam.
All Clear’s continued growth into new markets, with an ever expanding service suite comes from the unwavering passion and ambition of its Directors. Matt is passionate about business but also the All Clear team. He provides guidance, support and gives team members, many of whom who have no background in business the opportunity to get involved in service development and deployment.
Prior to starting the business in 2016, Matt worked in the fast-paced industry of Telecommunications in senior positions. Prior to that experience within the Construction and mass-Market retailers has given him knowledge of how many varied businesses operate.
When he is not working on his business interests, you’ll find Matt spending time Mountain biking or Motor racing.

As Co-Founder and Director, Adam is jointly responsible for steering the businesses ambition around innovation, service development and growth – with a particular focus on technology, sales and marketing Adam also occupies the role of Lead Asbestos Consultant, all asbestos related services delivered by All Clear are ultimately supervised by Adam, He holds the BOHS IP402 Qualification and has been involved in surveying well over five hundred buildings.
Since commencing operations in 2016, the business has recorded significant growth. Much of that success can be attributed to the commitment around securing and retaining the best talent, and the development of market leading systems and processes and finally, having a non-negotiable approach to pursuing excellence in customer experiences, transparency, independence and pragmatic advice.
Prior to starting the business in 2016, Adam amassed more than sixteen years’ experience in the Telecommunications & Technology sectors, holding a variety of director-level roles with major industry players. In addition, he has extensive channel management, trade marketing and commercial management experience working across multiple industries.
When he is not working on his other business interests, you’ll find Adam spending time with his family and friends.
Head of Field Services and Sciences

Grace leads the All Clear team growing the business and helping clients to understand complicated or frustrating concepts by providing scientifically accurate and pragmatic advice. With a passion for learning and development, Grace hold immense value in the training and development of our new graduates as the future of the business.
Grace has experience in consulting, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Auckland and is a Qualified BOHS IP402 Asbestos Surveyor. Grace expertise include complex building science issues such as mould & moisture, asbestos and water quality.
When Grace is not working she loves spending time with her energetic toddler exploring the outdoors.
Head Consultant & Scientific Operations Manager

Joanna is our Head Consultant & Scientific Operations Manager, she leads the Scientific team in both our Christchurch and Auckland offices. She has spent two years on secondment in Christchurch to help develop and expand our services to our South Island Clients.
Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemistry, a Post Graduate Diploma in Forensic Science from the University of Auckland and is also a fully qualified BOHS IP402 Asbestos Surveyor. She is currently expanding her knowledge and training to become an Asbestos Assessor.
She has numerous years of experience in Forensic Methamphetamine Investigation and has attended many Tenancy Tribunals in relation to Methamphetamine claims for our clients. Her other expertise includes Asbestos Surveying, Clearances, Mould & Moisture issues, and water quality. Joanna believes relationships are built on integrity and trust. She is dedicated to providing top quality service to her clients by educating and providing pragmatic advice, based on scientific evidence.
Outside of work, Joanna spends her time reading, scouting out new walking / hiking tracks, planning her next travel adventure, or spending time with family & friends.
Business Manager - Property Services

Brendan is our Business Operations Manager, who looks after our Property Services, Risk Management Services and Business Health and Safety. He is our in-house expert on the Healthy Homes Regulations and is currently expanding his knowledge on Asbestos Consulting. He also holds NZQA qualifications in Drug and Alcohol Testing.
Brendan came to All Clear after serving eighteen years with the New Zealand Police as an Acting Section Sergeant and Police Dog Handler. During his time with the Police, he gained invaluable management skills in staff and resource management, as well as health and risk management and investigation skills.
He is also a trained teacher with a Diploma in Teaching, Majoring in Physical Education and English.
He uses his knowledge and skills as an investigator and teacher, as well as his high attention to detail to improve staff skills and knowledge and assist in the development of services..
Outside of work, Brendan enjoys spending time outdoors and can be found out on the water with his son most summer weekends. He also works part time in the film industry as part of the New Zealand Stunt Guild. He is a trained Martial Artist and still teaches on the North Shore

Emma is a positive and confident person who has recently joined the All Clear team as a Technical Reporting Specialist. Emma’s outgoing personality and hard work ethic alongside excellent customer service skills has come from spending the last four years working in retail, two of those in various management positions.
Emma became a Store Manager at the age of 20 which has been a highlight of her career so far however she loves a challenge and cannot wait to see what’s next.
Emma was born and raised in Christchurch however, was lucky enough to spend some time overseas exploring the sights of the United States and Europe. In her spare time Emma enjoys staying active outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
Client Engagement & Operations Administrator
Ken joins the team at All Clear as a Client Engagement & Operations Administrator. His background includes being a virtual admin assistant for multiple real estate companies like Ray White. This work has given him an advantage on understanding the needs of the companies from an admin perspective, property and database management.
Ken graduated with a Bachelor in Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management in 2011. He previously worked with BPO industries as call center agent, billing specialist and a virtual assistant.
Outside work, Ken likes staying at home, watching movies and playing with his two dogs Popoy and Shadow

Angie is a passionate and enthusiastic individual who recently joined the All Clear Team as a Client Engagement & Operations Administrator. Angie has almost a decade of experience in Customer Service and Operations Management she is a great asset to her team and always provids quality service to clients
Prior to joining All Clear, Angie worked as an off-shore Project Coordinator and Graphic Designer for Ray White. Priding herself on her hard work and being pro-active and eager to learn new skills.
On her free time, Angie loves to sketch and write calligraphy. She is a hands-on-mother and loves spending time with her beloved daughter who is on the Spectrum.

Alice graduated from The University of Auckland in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree, double majoring in Environmental Science and Geography. Alice’s passion for the environment has been apparent since a young age, growing up around the ocean heightened this love. Alice has been an active member of environmental initiatives, including beach clean ups, planting projects and even being a Project Jonah Marine Mammal Medic. She has since joined All Clear as a Junior Consultant for the greater Auckland region.
Through the completion of her BSc degree Alice found a key interest in the complex physical environment, in particular coastal and freshwater processes, contaminated land area and air quality. Alice is keen to make a positive environmental difference and is constantly looking at ways to make a change. When not at work Alice can be found exploring and discovering new parts of our beautiful backyard, as well as continuing to play touch and football.

Nikki graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Environmental Science and has furthered her skills and knowledge by completing a BOHS IP402 qualification. Nikki’s interest in the environmental space includes pollutants and contamination within terrestrial, freshwater and marine environments, and lastly the protection of biodiversity and overall environmental health.
Nikki joined the team at All Clear as a Junior Consultant for the Greater Auckland Region and has progressed to the role of a Consultant. Before joining All Clear Nikki worked as a Compliance Monitoring Intern at Auckland Council.
Nikki’s passion for the environment ignited during early childhood as her family would spend a lot of spare time doing outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, kayaking and water sports. Nikki has also completed volunteer restoration planting with TOSSI within the Tawharanui Reserve, actively participates in the Hauraki Gulf Forums and volunteers for Conservation Volunteers NZ to improve the environmental health of her residential area.
During her spare time, Nikki enjoys exploring New Zealand’s beautiful outdoors with friends and family.

Rose joined the All Clear team in January 2021 after completing a Bachelor of Science majoring in environmental science in 2019. Prior to joining the team Rose gained experience through several scientific internship roles, along with working in customer service and hospitality.
As one of All Clears consultants, Rose balances both field and office work daily. When working in the field she provides expert advice on all of our services. After gaining her BOHS IP402 qualification in 2020 she has been heavily involved with the delivery of asbestos surveys for our Christchurch branch. When Rose is not out in the field, she works along side our property services team assisting with reporting and providing advice on healthy homes regulations. Rose is also involved with the company’s sustainability committee which works to consciously reduce our environmental impact.
Outside of work, Rose can often be found running, skiing or enjoying time with her family and friends.

Katie graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biological Science, Environmental Science, and Ecology. Katie is passionate about protecting the environment through creating sustainable, healthy living environments.
Katie joined the team at All Clear in 2020 and has progressed to the role of Consultant for the Canterbury Region. She has since completed a BOHS IP402 qualification. Before joining All Clear Katie worked as a Contaminated Sites Officer with her role requiring her to identify and record hazardous land materials. This previous work experience has given Katie the skills and understanding she now brings to her role at All Clear.
Alongside her love for the environment Katie also has a passion for animals and animal welfare, this love encouraged her to spend a year volunteering for the SPCA in Canterbury.
During her spare time Katie enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Cormac is a graduate of the University of Auckland, having completed a Bachelor of Science double majoring in physics and chemistry. With a strong passion for science, he joins the All Clear team as a Junior Consultant. Interested in all things scientific, and with a keen interest in how the universe works from a young age, chemistry and physics were a natural choice.
Before starting at All Clear, Cormac worked in the grocery sector, working at a busy shop in the popular holiday destination of Coromandel.
When not working or studying, Cormac can likely be found near the ocean, mainly fishing; a side effect of being raised by the water. Other than aquatic activities, he enjoys science, computing, and sports.
Property Services Team
Building Assessor Field Technician

Charles joins the team at All Clear as a Healthy Homes Assessor for the Canterbury region. Before accepting the role with All Clear Charles worked as an Aviation Security Officer at Christchurch Airport. He has also has prior work experience as an Insulation Installer which will prove to benefit him as he brings these skills to his new role.
Charles holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Information and Communication Technology, which he completed in the Philippines. Charles has an outgoing personality and his ability to adapt and hold a willingness to learn makes him a great addition to the All Clear Team.
In his free time Charles enjoys playing basketball and riding his bike in New Zealand’s beautiful backyard. Charles has also been a volunteer fire fighter in Woodend Station since September 2020.
Building Assessor & Field Technician

Kadin joined the All Clear team in 2022 as a Building Assessor and Field Technician for the greater Auckland region.
Before joining All Clear Kadin worked at Chorus for more than 5 years as a fibre technician. This involves installing fibre optic cabling in residential, industrial and commercial properties. Kadin enjoys the experiences that his role at All Clear provides as he is able to interact with people and provide a beneficial service to communities.
In his spare time Kadin enjoys keeping active at the gym, maintaining his own private property, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Building Assessor & Field Technician

Alex is a positive, easy going individual who joins the team at All Clear as a Building Assessor and Field Technician for the greater Auckland region.
Prior to starting with All Clear Alex worked at Brightr conducting audits and inspections on Insulation, HVAC and moisture. Skills he is able to bring and harbor to his new role at All Clear.
When Alex is not working he enjoys spending time with his son, as well as keeping up with Health & Fitness. Alex also has a huge passion for rugby and one of his proudest achievements was when he got selected to play for Counties Manukau straight out of college first XV as a 17 year old.
