Matt’s focus in the business, as a Director and Co-Founder is centred around both Finances and Operations. Customer and supplier relationships dominate Matt’s “in the business” time when he’s not jointing working “on the business” with his Co-Founder Adam.
All Clear’s continued growth into new markets, with an ever expanding service suite comes from the unwavering passion and ambition of its Directors. Matt is passionate about business but also the All Clear team. He provides guidance, support and gives team members, many of whom who have no background in business the opportunity to get involved in service development and deployment.
Prior to starting the business in 2016, Matt worked in the fast-paced industry of Telecommunications in senior positions. Prior to that experience within the Construction and mass-Market retailers has given him knowledge of how many varied businesses operate.
When he is not working on his business interests, you’ll find Matt spending time Mountain biking or Motor racing. (test)

As Co-Founder and Director, Adam is jointly responsible for steering the businesses ambition around innovation, service development and growth – with a particular focus on technology, sales and marketing Adam also occupies the role of Lead Asbestos Consultant, all asbestos related services delivered by All Clear are ultimately supervised by Adam, He holds the BOHS IP402 Qualification and has been involved in surveying well over five hundred buildings.
Since commencing operations in 2016, the business has recorded significant growth. Much of that success can be attributed to the commitment around securing and retaining the best talent, and the development of market leading systems and processes and finally, having a non-negotiable approach to pursuing excellence in customer experiences, transparency, independence and pragmatic advice.
Prior to starting the business in 2016, Adam amassed more than sixteen years’ experience in the Telecommunications & Technology sectors, holding a variety of director-level roles with major industry players. In addition, he has extensive channel management, trade marketing and commercial management experience working across multiple industries.
When he is not working on his other business interests, you’ll find Adam spending time with his family and friends.
Head of Field Services and Sciences

As the Head of Field Services and Sciences, Grace leads the All Clear Team, providing scientifically accurate and pragmatic advice to clients.
Grace has a strong interest in Microbiology and the impacts of indoor contaminants on human health and wellbeing. She is inquisitive by nature and her talents are backed up by a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Pharmacology) and she holds a BHOS IP402 qualifications.
As a young professional, she values working in an organisation that maintains the highest level of honesty, integrity and is constantly innovating and improving processes and procedures to ensure they are leading the market in everything they do.
Grace enjoys being creative and has many skills, particularly in art and cooking. She also enjoys travelling to exotic places whenever possible.

Joanna leads the Science Team at All Clear, with an emphasis on Forensic Methamphetamine Investigations. She has numerous years of experience in methamphetamine testing and site investigations and brings a breadth of knowledge to the team.
Joanna holds a BSc in Chemistry and a Post Graduate Diploma in Forensic Science from the University of Auckland. Although she only joined All Clear in 2019 as a Senior Consultant, she was quickly offered the role of Team Leader.
Joanna believes relationships are built on integrity and trust. She is dedicated to providing top quality service to her clients by educating and providing accurate advice, based on scientific evidence.
Outside of work, Joanna spends her time baking, playing a game of badminton, planning her next travel adventure, or spending time with her dog, family and her friends.
Business Manager - Property Services

Brendan came to All Clear after serving Eighteen years in the New Zealand Police, eleven of which were with the New Zealand Police Dog Section. During his career he was involved in a number of high-profile cases, including the apprehension of an armed offender who had kidnapped a family in their vehicle. He was also involved in investigating Homicides as well as the Search and Rescue operations for missing persons. He used his time in the police to obtain a Diploma in Criminology along with studies in Canine Behaviour and Dog Training.
He also has a Diploma in Teaching, majoring in English and Physical Education.
Brendan uses his skills as an investigator, as well as his strong attention to detail to benefit the company as a Leading Assessor. He is also the in-house trainer for new staff members. Although he brandishes a quick wit and sense of humour, Brendan brings with a him to the role a strong sense of honesty, integrity and professionalism.
Outside of work, Brendan enjoys spending time outdoors. He recently took up paddle boarding and can be found out on the water with his son most summer weekends. He has worked in the film industry for over 20 years, as part of the New Zealand Stunt Guild and has performed in some major motion pictures, including The Lord of The Rings; The Hobbit and Ghost in the Shell with Scarlett Johansson.
He is a trained Martial Artist and still teaches on the North Shore.

Emma is a positive and confident person who has recently joined the All Clear team as a Technical Reporting Specialist. Emma’s outgoing personality and hard work ethic alongside excellent customer service skills has come from spending the last four years working in retail, two of those in various management positions.
Emma became a Store Manager at the age of 20 which has been a highlight of her career so far however she loves a challenge and cannot wait to see what’s next.
Emma was born and raised in Christchurch however, was lucky enough to spend some time overseas exploring the sights of the United States and Europe. In her spare time Emma enjoys staying active outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Zara is an enthusiastic graduate who completed a Batchelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Management at Auckland University of Technology in 2019. During and extending after her studies, Zara worked as a retail assistant at Sass and Bide, before securing the Sales and Marketing Administrator role at All Clear.
With a passion for both marketing and sales and a can do attitude Zara prides herself on her work ethic and attention to detail, while retaining a happy bubbly personality and a great sense of humour.
Outside of work Zara has a love for Health and Wellness and enjoys keeping herself fit in the gym alongside playing netball. Zara has been extensively involved in netball since a young age, and has competed at a representative level.

Nina is a bubbly graduate who completed a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Geography and a Master of Disaster, Risk and Resilience in 2020 at University of Canterbury. Nina holds a range of customer service skills which she has acquired from various positions in hospitality and retail. These qualities helped her obtain the role of Customer Engagement Specialist at All Clear.
Nina prides herself on her initiative and commitment to her work, always putting her best foot forward. Nina’s passion for the environment has led to an array of outdoor hobbies such as surfing and road tripping around New Zealand beautify back yard.
When Nina isn’t outdoors, you can find her listening to music and creating playlists in her spare time.

Junior Consultant (BSc)
Alice graduated from The University of Auckland in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree, double majoring in Environmental Science and Geography. Alice’s passion for the environment has been apparent since a young age, growing up around the ocean heightened this love. Alice has been an active member of environmental initiatives, including beach clean ups, planting projects and even being a Project Jonah Marine Mammal Medic. She has since joined All Clear as a Junior Consultant for the greater Auckland region.
Through the completion of her BSc degree Alice found a key interest in the complex physical environment, in particular coastal and freshwater processes, contaminated land area and air quality. Alice is keen to make a positive environmental difference and is constantly looking at ways to make a change. When not at work Alice can be found exploring and discovering new parts of our beautiful backyard, as well as continuing to play touch and football.

Clayton brings experience and expertise to the team at All Clear as he starts his role as a Hazmat Consultant. Clayton previously worked at both Clear safe and Maynard Marks as an environmental consultant undertaking asbestos related works in buildings ranging from residential, to privately owned dwellings, to schools and commercial buildings. Claytons experience and exposure to various projects has equipped him with an in-depth insight into resolving asbestos related issues encountered by clients.
Clayton graduated with a Bachelor of Environmental Science but has since also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Science at the Auckland University of Technology in 2018. Clayton is a member of the Faculty of Asbestos Management for Australia and New Zealand (FAMAMZ) and is currently working towards his IP402, IP404 which will enable him to become a licensed asbestos assessor.
When not at work Clayton enjoys working out and living an active lifestyle, which entails exploring what New Zealand’s beautiful backyard has to offer.
Katie graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biological Science, Environmental Science, and Ecology. Katie is passionate about protecting the environment through creating sustainable, healthy living environments.
Katie joins the team at All Clear as a Junior Consultant for the Canterbury Region. Before joining All Clear Katie worked as a Contaminated Sites Officer with her role requiring her to identify and record hazardous land materials. This previous work experience has given Katie the skills and understanding she now brings to her role at All Clear.
Alongside her love for the environment Katie also has a passion for animals and animal welfare, this love encouraged her to spend a year volunteering for the SPCA in Canterbury.
In her spare time, you will find Katie exploring the beautiful Canterbury outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.

Nikki graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Environmental Science. Nikki’s interest in the environmental space includes pollutants and contamination within terrestrial, freshwater and marine environments, and lastly the protection of biodiversity and overall environmental health.
Nikki joins the team at All Clear as a Junior Consultant for the Greater Auckland Region. Before joining All Clear Nikki worked as a Compliance Monitoring Intern at Auckland Council.
Nikki’s passion for the environment ignited during early childhood as her family would spend a lot of spare time doing outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, kayaking and water sports. Nikki has also completed volunteer restoration planting with TOSSI within the Tawharanui Reserve, actively participates in the Hauraki Gulf Forums and volunteers for Conservation Volunteers NZ to improve the environmental health of her residential area.
During her spare time, Nikki enjoys exploring New Zealand’s beautiful outdoors with friends and family.

Rose graduated from Massey University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Environmental Science. Rose has a great passion for protecting the environment with initiatives like sustainable management from the built environment and reducing waste production being of great interest.
Rose joins the team at All Clear as a Junior Consultant for the Canterbury region. Rose has experience working as a field scientist through an internship opportunity at the Verum Group, prior to this she has also worked in hospitality and customer service.
Alongside her love for the environment, Rose also has a passion for health and fitness, leading her to volunteer and participate in Parkrun New Zealand for several years. In her spare time, Rose enjoys running, baking, and spending time with friends and family.

Jess graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Environmental Science and Geography and joins the All Clear team as a Junior Consultant for the Canterbury Region. Before joining All Clear Jess worked as a Lifeguard for the Christchurch City Council. This customer service-based job led to her wanting to pursue a career in consulting.
Jess' passion for the environment began from a young age and has grown through diverse experiences. She spent two years travelling and adventuring, from America to Europe and through to Thailand. This combined with a childhood spent exploring New Zealand's backyard has led to her developing a great appreciation for the natural environment and sustainability.
Jess' family spent a lot of time outdoors growing up, often travelling to the Southern Lakes such as Lake Tekapo and Wanaka for boating holidays. Jess has a keen interest in all types of water sports, including skiing, wakeboarding, and surfing. This has led to Jess developing a strong interest in sustainability, especially surrounding ways to preserve earth's natural resources for generations to come.
When she is not working Jess spends her time surfing, playing netball, running, or volunteering for the Red Puppy Appeal

Destiny joins the team at All Clear as a senior Consultant. She holds a wealth of knowledge and experience of class A & B clearances, surveying and testing procedures. Destiny has a Batchelor of Applied Science specializing in laboratory technology from the Ara Institute of Canterbury..
Her interest in science also lead her to obtain an Assessors licence and a Certificate in Quality Systems Level 6. These extra qualifications and skills have meant Destiny is an valuable resource within any team. Destiny holds quality and safety to the utmost of importance, personal safety and general public safety is paramount.
In her spare time Destiny spends time with her children going on picnics, swimming at the river/beach, going on long walks through nature, and watching her son play rugby. Destiny is very family orientated and enjoys all the time she is able to spend with her kids and family.

Cormac is a graduate of the University of Auckland, having completed a Bachelor of Science double majoring in physics and chemistry. With a strong passion for science, he joins the All Clear team as a Junior Consultant. Interested in all things scientific, and with a keen interest in how the universe works from a young age, chemistry and physics were a natural choice.
Before starting at All Clear, Cormac worked in the grocery sector, working at a busy shop in the popular holiday destination of Coromandel.
When not working or studying, Cormac can likely be found near the ocean, mainly fishing; a side effect of being raised by the water. Other than aquatic activities, he enjoys science, computing, and sports.

Charles joins the team at All Clear as a Healthy Homes Assessor for the Canterbury region. Before accepting the role with All Clear Charles worked as an Aviation Security Officer at Christchurch Airport. He has also has prior work experience as an Insulation Installer which will prove to benefit him as he brings these skills to his new role.
Charles holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Information and Communication Technology, which he completed in the Philippines. Charles has an outgoing personality and his ability to adapt and hold a willingness to learn makes him a great addition to the All Clear Team.
In his free time Charles enjoys playing basketball and riding his bike in New Zealand’s beautiful backyard. Charles has also been a volunteer fire fighter in Woodend Station since September 2020.

Before joining All Clear Miles was in telecommunications, specialising in cable networks and rural broadband. For the last twenty years he has lived in the small north-Auckland town of Wellsford, where he and his wife Cathleen raised three children while renovating a rambling villa from 1920, which they still call home.
In his spare time, Miles loves to indulge his passion for hiking, particularly in the picturesque Dome Valley near where he lives, or on the many bush-clad trails of the Waitakere Ranges near Auckland. Miles has a passion for music which came from being raised in a musical family, where his dad was a professional drummer, and his favourite genre is 50s and 60s Jazz. Another favourite pursuit is classic cars, and at present, he is restoring a 1947 Ford V8.
Miles has always enjoyed the customer service aspect of his work, and looks forward to bringing this to his customers at All Clear.
