All Clear integrates directly with Keyhook to bring Healthy Homes and Smoke Alarm compliance information into property managers’ everyday workflows.
Through this integration, property managers can view the compliance status of properties assessed by All Clear, access the latest reports, and use that information within Keyhook without manual data entry. Tenancy.co.nz is New Zealand’s most used tenancy application and agreement software system having processed over 1 million tenancy applications for 350,000 unique tenant users. Over 3,000 property managers use the eBundle system while 1800 are Elite Partners of Tenancy.co.nz
Our integration with Tenancy.co.nz was created to better our mutual clients and make their lives easier. Once our system is connected, the Smoke Alarm and Healthy Homes data flows automatically into your Tenancy.co.nz portal. When a tenancy agreement is created, the information will populate in to the relevant fields, therefore no manual entry is required – saving property managers’ time and increasing efficiency.

Renti
Our integration with Renti is designed to streamline and simplify the process of generating tenancy agreements by syncing information directly from All Clear and populating Healthy Homes compliance data from All Clear directly into relevant fields on the Renti platform. This eliminates the need for manual data entry, reducing the risk of errors and saving valuable time for property managers.
Renti will serve as the central transactional platform, facilitating seamless data transfer across systems. Once the tenancy agreement is created, relevant information including Healthy Homes compliance details will flow through once synced to the tenants trust account software. This ensures that all documentation and financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards.
Reapit PM
Reapit PM is one of the property management platforms used by real estate agencies across New Zealand to manage residential portfolios, streamline operations, and maintain compliance. The platform supports property managers with tools for trust accounting, inspections, maintenance management, reporting, and day-to-day workflows.
All Clear integrates directly with Reapit PM to support Smoke Alarm compliance within property managers existing workflows. Through this integration, key compliance information, property updates, and service data can be accessed and managed without the need for manual data entry.

Tapi
Tapi is used in the property management industry to simplify and streamline the entire maintenance process. Tenants can log maintenance requests directly through the platform, including photos and detailed descriptions. Property managers then review these requests, assign jobs to tradespeople, request quotes, and obtain landlord approvals all within the same system. Tradespeople receive work orders, update job progress, and submit invoices through Tapi, ensuring clear communication throughout. The platform also automates key workflow elements like approvals, reminders, and status updates, reducing administrative workload. Additionally, Tapi integrates with leading property management systems such as Palace. Luna 1.0 was launched in late 2023 as a game changing AI Model built in-house that reads most of our inbound work orders and helps triage high volume communications in real time. Luna 2.0 integrates directly with Tapi, managing the full workflow in real time. From accepting jobs and updating scheduling to handling two way communication and tracking job status.
