The lockbox is very durable, tightly sealed and waterproof, however we do recommend that if you are placing any sensitive electronic devices (such as remotes) that these are stored in a plastic bag as an extra layer of protection.

The product has a 12 month return to base warranty (RTB), which means in the event of a fault or manufacturing defect you just need to contact us to get this underway. (Please note the cost of return is at your expense).

The lockbox come with two attachments: The first option is D-shackle which will be best suited to attach to smaller items (such as taps or door handles); the second option is a long flexible security cable which is designed for much larger items (such as downpipes and fences posts).
