This service is designed to assist persons conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU’s) – including property managers, landlords and employers – to adhere to the Health and Safety at Work (Asbestos) Regulations 2016.

Under the current legislation, a clearance certificate must be obtained following the completion of licenced asbestos removal work and prior to reoccupying the area, to certify that the workplace is safe for reoccupation. This is requested by the person who commissioned the asbestos removal work, and the person undertaking the clearance inspection must be independent of the asbestos removalist and meet the qualification/competency requirements outlined in the Regulations.

All Clear’s experienced and certified consultants conduct a range of Class B Clearances following the removal of non-friable asbestos-containing materials.

The service includes an onsite comprehensive Class B Asbestos Clearance Inspection with a clearance certificate typically issued within 1 business day of the site inspection.
