This service is designed for Property managers, landlords and employers (PCBU’s) to adhere to the health and safety at work (Asbestos) Regulations 2016.
Includes an onsite comprehensive asbestos survey (Whole of premises – limited to considerations around normal occupancy) – Reporting issued in the form of a management survey report
Description
- Onsite comprehensive asbestos survey in accordance with both NZS4306:2005 and WorkSafe good practice guidelines
- BOHS IP402 qualified team members
- Residential Management Survey – Contact us for more information on our Pre-Demolition/Refurbishment and commercial services
- An Asbestos Management Plan (AMP) can be provided (If Required) for $99.95 Excl GST and we’ll even notify you when its time to complete further assessments in the future in accordance with the AMP.
- If required, asbestos samples can be and analysed by an IANZ accredited independent laboratory for $64.95 Excl GST per sample
- Reporting issued in the form of a management survey report – with written reporting returned within 2 Business Days (after day of visit)

- Please Note : In the event that we are required to use our H-Class vacuum during the survey/sampling process, a surcharge of $49.95 Excl GST will apply
