- A copy of the 3rd party full Healthy Home report must be supplied (electronically) at time of request.
- All work orders/work instructions must specify Reassessment Of Compliance Report clearly.

Description
Properties are recommended for Healthy Homes reassessment in-between tenancies, or when they exit/re-enter the rental market – in the event of longer-term tenancies a minimum inspection frequency of 24mths is recommended to demonstrate ongoing compliance and to satisfy the new tenancy agreement/S13A statement
