INSTALLATION SERVICE

WIRELESS INTERCONNECTED DEVICES INSTALLED, CONNECTED AND CERTIFIED TO COMPLY WITH NEW BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS

Onsite comprehensive assessment of property and any existing, compliant/ compatible Smoke alarms and installation of new interconnected devices, as required. Residential service only.

Installation of Smoke alarms in the property, including:

Thoroughly assess property against new building code requirements
Interconnection of any existing compliant/compatible Smoke alarms
Installation of new interconnected devices, as required
Smoke alarms shall be located in all bedrooms, living spaces, hallways and landings within the building
In a multi-level dwelling, there shall be at least one Smoke alarm on each level
Where a kitchen or scullery is separated from the living spaces and hallways by doors that can be closed, a Smoke alarm and/or Thermal alarm will likely need to be installed
Issue a comprehensive compliance certificate to client, on the same business day
