- Comprehensive inspection of the indoor and outdoor units
- Clean and sanitise air filters
- Replace remote battery (if required)
- Deep clean internal components
- Clean and flush the condensate tray and drain line
- Apply a professional anti mould treatment
- Inspect the fan, thermostat and electrical connections
- Test airflow and temperature output

- Pressure wash the outdoor
condenser unit - Clean the condenser coil using a specialised
cleaning solution - Remove dirt, leaves and debris from the outdoor unit
- Inspect visible pipework and insulation

What does the clean include?
It includes a comprehensive clean of the indoor and outdoor units, filter cleaning, evaporator and condenser coil cleaning, anti mould treatment, performance testing and a digital service report.
Does this service include repairs?
No. This service is a preventative maintenance and cleaning service. If we identify any faults during the inspection, we'll advise you.
Will servicing improve energy efficiency?
Yes. A professionally serviced heat pump operates more efficiently, helping reduce energy consumption while maintaining reliable heating and cooling performance.
Will I receive a report?
Yes. You'll receive a digital report outlining the work completed and any recommendations identified during the inspection.
Can you provide reminders when my next cleaning is due?
Yes. Customers on our subscription service receive annual reminders, making it easy to keep servicing up to date without having to remember the due date.
Can the service be managed through my property management software?
Yes. We can work with Palace, Keyhook, Bricks + Agent and Tapi, making it easy to manage servicing within your existing workflow.
