Recently announced methamphetamine regulations are reshaping how rental properties must be tested, cleaned, and reported. Since our first webinar in October 2025 the regualtions have been have now been formally gazetted and will take effect from 16 April 2026.

Following strong engagement in our first session, we are hosting a follow-up webinar to address what this now means in practice, particularly in light of the regulations being confirmed.

Join Adam Gordon and Joanna Leung from All Clear, co-hosted by Sarina Gibbon from Tenancy Advisory, for an expert-led webinar.

In this follow-up webinar, we’ll cover:

  • Where the new regulations sit within the Residential Tenancies Act framework – and what that means for landlords’ and tenants’ existing obligations
  • What implementation looks like in practice  – systems, documentation, testing pathways, and decision-making triggers
  • Commercial mindset vs compliance mindset – how to protect your portfolio without exposing yourself to Tribunal risk
  • Evidentiary standards and Tribunal defensibility – what records, reports, and processes you need to demonstrate you’ve taken all reasonable steps
  • Portfolio-scale compliance planning – managing risk consistently across hundreds or thousands of properties without creating workflow bottlenecks
