Surviving Auckland Traffic

Surviving Auckland Traffic
A typical day on the road for an All Clear consultant sees us driving from one end of Auckland to another. The perk of this is every day is different but, on the downside, it means sitting in tedious Auckland traffic!
Surviving this traffic with a busy schedule is just part of our job. We must factor this into our scheduling to make sure we are at appointments on time and working efficiently! Planning is a vital component in combating the traffic. We have an attentive customer service team that manages our schedules. They aim to keep our days jobs in similar areas to avoid travelling across town and giving us ample travel time between jobs. Its’s all about thinking ahead and being strategic!
My personal favorite way of helping pass the time sitting in traffic is communication between the team! Being out on the road all day can mean we do not see each other on a regular basis. Maintaining good relationships between team members is great for staff morale and in turn boosts productivity. There is no better way of doing this than picking up the phone and having a good catch up and laugh with colleagues, especially after a long day!
